Well, what the woman has done to herself is certainly different, but what I find disturbing is the reaction so many fellow Christians are having to this on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=706117529412271&id=135010313189665). One man, who claims the title “reverend,” called her a “Demonic Wetback.” Others have insisted she was demon-possessed or that she looked evil or looked like a female version of Satan – as if any of these people have ever actually seen a demon or seen Satan to be able to tell what they look like. Never mind also that the New Testament says that Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
Paul tells us to leave outsiders for God to judge and that we’re to judge those who are in the Church (1 Corinthians 5:11-13). The reactions to this woman from people calling themselves Christians have been abominable and there is absolutely no excuse for it! Personally, I’ve never understood the piercing and tattoo subculture, but I’m not going around calling people from that subculture “demonic” or “demon-possessed.” As for calling them “evil,” well, “evil” is what all unregenerate humans are from the moment of conception and is what we who are Christ’s were before He so graciously and mercifully saved us.

Well, I don’t know that she’s even a Christian, and INSIST don’t believe in women pastors, but given what they’re allowing in some pulpits, this couldn’t be any worse.

In one Pentecostal denomination, the pastor is referred to as the man of God (they don’t believe in women preachers). So, some have taken to referring to women pastors in other denominations (or to women usurping men’s roles like Joyce Meyer and that woman who came out with the “Inductive Study Bible”) as “lady men of God.”
