As someone who has personally experienced anti-intelligence/anti-intellectual hostility in the Church, I can definitely relate.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to teach apologetics. Apologetics is the branch of Christian theology that offers reasons for the truthfulness of the Christian position/worldview.
